We provide the apartment for holiday rental in good
faith. The apartment is a privately owned, maintained
and utilised family apartment which we make make available for holiday
rental.
We charge a reduced rate for a number of reasons
of which one of the primary motivations is to simply help fund the
ongoing costs. By dealing directly with our guests we avoid unnecessary
brokers, agents and associated management costs. We aim to attract
family orientated, like minded people that will appreciate and respect
our apartment whilst enjoying a cost effective holiday on the Gold
Coast by dealing directly with the apartment owner.
Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description
of facilities and services of the resort are accurate, these facilities
and services are continually being changed, repaired, upgraded etc,
and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is
essential for the guest in choosing the Peninsula Apartments property,
it is advisable that the guest checks the availability of such feature
or service for the required period directly with Peninsula Apartments
body corporate and or Breakfree prior to booking. We take responsibility for apartment 2c, but we
cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary
or permanent of the resort property's facilities and services.
Any issues relating to the resort which have been specifically made known to us by either the resort management or body corporate will be listed on the contacts page. Please check before booking
The photographs on this site depicting the interior
of apartment 2c are actual photographs of apartment 2c. The images
of the views etc depicted to be representative of the views available
from apartment 2c are photographs actually taken from and in the actual apartment, and depict
actual views from and in apartment 2c.
Check-in is strickly 2.00pm and check-out is strictly 10.00am. Failure to check-out
by 10.00a.m. may result in a late check-out fee being imposed. Late
check-in (after hours) in can be arranged where possible at our descretion, as can early check-in in
limited circumstances. Check-ins and check-outs outside listed times
must be arranged and confirmed prior to arrival.
Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of
the guest and will result in delays. Early
checkin is dependant on a number of factors and circumstances, including
previous guests vacating, along with the cleaning and maintainance schedules.
All and any losses or
damage are identified, documented and subsequently charged directly
after guests departure. Advising us immediately of damage and
breakage is a condition of occupancy, and may eliminate the need
to apply further avoidable charges.
The security tags are the property of, and issued by the Peninsula Resort. The loss of the security tags will incur a replacement
fee of $120 in all circumstances.
There is no telephone service in the apartment. The reliance on or expectation of a telephone service should be taken into account when considering the use of the apartment
Bookings are taken on the preferred basis of week blocks. Bookings
on the apartment will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the
cleared 20% holding deposit which will be advised. Full payment
is required cleared, 4 full weeks prior to the arrival day to ensure
availability. All bookings are tentative until full payment is received.
A booking may be cancelled and re booked in the event full payment
is not received by the due date. Refund upon cancellation of a booking
will be made in full (less refund costs) with at least 4 weeks notice.
Up to 30 days notice, a full refund (less refund costs) will be
made upon the period being subsequently re booked or at the owners
discretion.
Travel insurance is strongly advised in order to protect both us
and you against possible circumstances outside either our or your
control ie. industrial disputes or unanticipated changes in guests
circumstances which restricted travel such as injury, illness etc. Whilst we are sympathetic to
misfortune, we cannot be held responsible for guests personal circumstances.
Prices quoted and payments made are required in Australian currency,
and payment is deemed to have been made when funds have been cleared
in full. All costs regarding currency exchange and payment expenses
are the responsibility of the guest.
We provide the apartment for families. We do not accept groups, part groups, clubs or schoolies. It is the responsibility of the guest to confirm in advance that their booking meets our criteria. Failure to do so renders the guests liable to accomodation being terminated without notice.
When you book Peninsula Apartment 2c you accept responsibility
for any damage to property or accommodation caused by you or a member
of your party, or caused and incurred during your occupancy. We or our agent reserve the right to terminate your
accommodation or that of any member of your party due to your or
their misconduct, within our or our agents reasonable opinion. Any disruption to the amenity and peace and quiet of the property and all other persons rights to that amenity and peace and quite will result in the termination of accomodation.
We
and or our agent reserve unconditional discretion in the application
and interpretation of these conditions and house rules.
In all cases of accomodation termination, full fee cancellation charges will apply
and no refund will be given. Furthermore, us and/or our agent shall
be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or
expenses you may incur as a result of your accommodation being terminated.
You agree to indemnify us and our agent against any claims (including
legal costs) made against us or our agent or on behalf of us or
our agent of any such property or accommodation.
You are liable for any damage caused whether intentionally or otherwise.
Such liability is payable to us or our agent immediately, and must
be paid before you end your stay. A fully refundable security deposit and or a valid credit card in the name of the guest is required prior to occupancy for the purposes of recovering loss or damage resulting during the guests occupancy.
By accepting to these terms the guest acknowledges liability for loss or damage incurred durng their occupancy, and gives unconditional authority to recover any and all costs from any security deposit and/or credit card for any costs associated with loss or damage resulting from the guests occupancy.
A condition of occupancy is the acceptance of these terms and conditions along with the house rules.
