The Peninsula Apartments Resort is a 4 star, AAA rated resort located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Queensland's Gold Coast.

At over 40 stories, the Peninsula is one of the taller original resort complex buildings along the Gold Coast. The biulding is freshly renovated and resort very well mantained

The Peninsula is fantastically well positioned, right on the Esplanade directly opposite Queensland's world famous Surfers Paradise surf beach.

Our privately owned apartment is located on the northern side of the building on the second floor, overlooking the outdoor pools with views to the north and across to the beach and surf.

Typical of many resorts of this type, the resort itself comprises of privately owned apartments which are rented to guests via a high profile management company. In the case of Peninsula Apartments the current management company is the Mantra Resorts Group and more particularly, it's subsidiary Breakfree.

Neither Mantra nor Breakfree own any apartments themselves, they simply lease the reception desk and operate a voluntary rental pool, taking a fee or commission on the rental of the private apartments.

We choose to avoid the rental pool and therefor also avoid the commision fees incurred as a result. We take bookings for our apartment directly and are not connnected to Mantra nor Breakfree.

Our apartment is serviced in the same as all other aprtments, including others in this building.

We advertise our apartment throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We believe that Surfers Paradise is a spectacular and unique holiday destination for all tastes and ages, and the Peninsula Resort is perfectly placed amongst it.  

The resort is positioned in one of, if not the best locations in Surfers Paradise.

We own only one apartment and offer it for rental on a limited basis.

• We have structured our tariff on a genuine flat 15% discount off the standard published Mantra/Breakfree pricing structure.
• We arrived at this discount based on avoiding the costs associated with the resort management rental pool (Breakfree) by dealing directly with our guests.
• The cost savings to us are divided between ourselves and our guests.
• Like all accommodation around the world, our tariffs fluctuate dependant on season and demand, but the discount remains a constant.

• Contact us via the Contact Us/Email page, or complete a booking request via the Apartment Availability page.
• We will respond as soon as practicable.
• If a suitable date is found, the booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of a 20% holding deposit.   The balance is payable in full, in Australian currency, 4 weeks before the arrival date.
• A confirmation email will be forwarded on receipt of all moneys, as will be a confirmation booking advice and invoice containing all relevant details of the reservation and payments made.
• We accept only AUD currency, and all payment are required to be made in AUD currency.
